National and International shipping
Korpa.co uses the Post of Serbia as a service provider for national and international shipping services. The price of shipping is based on weight and it’s calculated at checkout. After we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your shipment here, just type in a tracking number that you have received after your order is processed. Please use the contact form, email email@example.com or Instagram if you have any questions or concerns in the matter.

When will I receive my item/s?
We process orders within 1-4 business days and transit delivery times vary by your country. You can check the delivery time for your country here or you can contact us through the contact form, email firstname.lastname@example.org or Instagram to find out. Also, after we process your order you can track it here, just type in a tracking number that you have received after your order is processed.
Before returning any item/s please contact us through the contact form, email email@example.com or Instagram. Korpa.co’s return period is 14 days and only applies for faulty or damaged items. Korpa.co shall if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, replace the item/s or refund you what you have paid for the item/s as soon as possible, but the latest within 10 days of the faulty or damaged product being returned to us.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error-free. At the complaint, the customer contacts us and gives information relevant and the reason for the complaint. The email should include relevant information about the complaint, photos as well as and the reason for complaint.
If your item/s is damaged, faulty or not as it was on the image in the shop, you can return the item/s within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays for delivery costs when returning product/s. The product must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Remember to read the description of each item carefully before buying, as they have been previously used and therefore some items are for example chipped or have patina.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
We will make a refund of eligible returns. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
If there is something wrong with the product that we failed to mention in the description or shown in the photos, or if we delivered the wrong product we will stand for all costs.
You received your item/s and you want to switch for another?
We do not allow switching item/s but you can switch your item/s in case it’s delivered damaged or faulty.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
